As many of you know, I have been advising my clients and others since November 2009 to learn as much as they can about #RPR before formulating position and strategies about RPR. The MLS Content License Agreement is now being circulated to MLSs. I have reviewed the document and discussed it with some of my clients. Participation at last week’s Inman Connect New York #ICNY was up to about 1,700 attendees. I believe that this is due in part to Inman’s aggressive marketing campaign, its use of social media, and the uptick in real estate sales activity in some markets. But there are at least two other things going in the industry right now that may have contributed to the increased interest and turnout.
