Some say this is an off-MLS product that advocates NOT using the MLS. Further that it is anti-cooperative and goes against what MLS stands for.
What do you think? Is this a good thing or a bad thing? We are all in this community learning together.
I like it. It is what most of us do already whether it be by email, social media, or word of mouth. Our most valuable tool is being in the pool of other agents who have buyers and sellers. It will help bring back value to realtors without competing for internet exposure and paying dearly. It is a viable across the board advantage for all in the real estate market. People seem to be convinced that because they have a product and have access to the internet that they can be a realtor.
