Congratulations to REALTORS(r) in Southern Missouri for creating the SOMO Regional MLS. Andrea Brambila with Inman News did a good job of writing an article about SOMO and my role in it, posted November 16. Some of the quotes are a little out of context, but the guidelines outlined are pretty good.

- A clear and compelling business case (compelling reasons)
- Choosing the right business model
- Retaining local board autonomy
- Trust
- Neutral facilitator and advisor with proven experience
