This is my first post about RPR – the REALTORS Property Resource. I have been involved with RPR for the past year as a member of the Advisory Board. Many details about the business and financial model were announced on Friday, November 6 during an NAR webinar presented to an initial audience. Dale Ross is the CEO of the new venture, which is solely owned by NAR and Marty Frame is its President. I have a lot of respect for both of these very smart and capable men and I know they have been working relentlessly for many months in preparation for launching the company. Be sure to attend at least one of the scheduled RPR info sessions in San Diego to learn more. Regardless of your initial views on RPR, you owe it to yourself to listen and learn as much as you can about it to understand how it might impact your association or business going forward.
Whatever your perspective, RPR is likely to be a most discussed topic this week and month.
